The database, which is regularly updated and lists availability of hotel rooms, flights and other related travel services, that is used comes from a Third Party (“Third Party”). The Third Party will process any order you place and receive payment you make. The Third Party used is IAN.COM (also known as Hotels.com and Travelnow.com) and is one of the largest providers of Hotel bookings worldwide that provides 24-hr Customer Support, Secure and Safe Credit Card Transactions, No Fee For Cancellation, and Low Price Guaranteed. Order Processing

All order processing is conducted through the Third Party. You recognize that in order to process your requirements you have authorized the Third Party to transmit information (including any updated information) or to obtain information about you from third parties from time to time, including but not limited to your debit or credit card number or credit reports, to authenticate your identity, to validate your credit card, to obtain an initial credit card authorization and to authorize individual purchase transactions.

AznHotels make no warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, in relation to the Site, or accommodation vacancies that may be arranged through the Site. You recognize that the Third Party is responsible for processing your requirements. You recognize that the contract for the accommodation will be between you and the Third Party. It is your responsibility to ensure that your accommodation has been properly booked by contacting the Hotel. You will need to verify the descriptions given because they are provided by other third parties. AznHotels is not liable for any loss or damages related to the content, to the booking, to the reservations, or to any other content or transactions, that are provided by and through the Third Party. AznHotels does not book travel nor accepts money payments and not considered “Seller of Travel”.

Limited License

AznHotels grants you a limited, nonsublicensable license to access and use the Site and to view, copy and print portions of the Site Content.
